1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Inventory Pro ("the Service"), operated by sq1564.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer (Important)

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) to identify and count items. You acknowledge that:

AI analysis is NOT 100% accurate and may produce errors.
Results are provided for reference only.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data (product names, quantities, brands) before using it for business, accounting, or inventory purposes.
We are not liable for any financial losses, inventory discrepancies, or business interruptions caused by reliance on the AI-generated data.

3. Credits and Refunds

Virtual Goods: "Credits" are virtual items used to perform AI analysis. They have no monetary value outside the Service.
No Refunds: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Please test with the free trial credits before purchasing.
Expiration: We reserve the right to expire unused credits if the account remains inactive for over 12 months.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to upload images containing:

Illegal, pornographic, violent, or hateful content.
Personal identifiable information (PII) of third parties without consent.
Malicious code or viruses.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Inventory Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
